As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and syndicate it to over 200 real estate websites including Homes.com, Trulia, Zillow and many others. In addition your listing will go on my personal Social Media pages where numerous potential buyers have access to. Agents and potential buyers can immediately access all of the property information by computer. I will also set up broker open houses as well as buyer open houses as needed.
Pricing Your Home
At any given time there are typically one or more homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers using a unique and effective pricing strategy. This approach typically nets my clients considerably more monies than traditional pricing strategies. In addition I will generate a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
